Price List - A Good Job At A Fair Price
LS Plumbing recognises the need to know how much you will pay, in advance of work being carried out, the company prides itself on a transparent pricing plan with this in mind here is a list of some of our scheduled work prices:-

| 8am to 5pm weekdays - | £65 for 1st hour then £30 per hour/part of |
| Out of hours call - | £75 for 1st hour then £30 per hour/part of |
| Room sealed boiler service - | £65 plus parts (new seals etc) |
| Back boiler and fire service - | £75 plus parts (as above) |
| Gas fire service - | £65 plus parts |
| Landlord certificates: | £65 for first appliance (normally boiler) |
| £20 for a fire | |
| £10 for all other additional appliances | |
| Note: Service price if booked at same time: | £35 for boiler (normally £65) |
| £25 for fire (normally £65) | |

| The price is still payable if the property fails the inspection, many minor faults can be repaired during the inspection often at no further cost. If remedial work is required that I am not able to carry out, then a return visit to re-inspect will cost £25 however if I can return to do quoted extra works to bring the property to standard then there will be no re-inspection fee. | |
